Booking.com Miles & More miles missing?

When should Booking.com Miles & More miles arrive?

According to the current information provided by Miles & More, the credit is not immediate after checkout. Its Austria help information currently says that credit can take around eight to twelve weeks after the stay. A separate official Booking.com partner page currently says the miles are credited no later than 60 days after the stay. Because those two official pages are not perfectly aligned, use the timing shown for the booking path and market that applied to your reservation.

Official information currently differs

Review the current Miles & More Booking.com help information and the official Booking.com partner page. Program rules, offers and processing times can change.

Set a check date after the applicable official period. Until then, keep the entry pending rather than assuming the miles are rejected. When the date arrives, compare the Miles & More account activity with the stay dates and expected amount.

Was your Miles & More number included in the booking?

Current Miles & More help information says a retroactive credit is not possible if the service card number was not provided during the Booking.com reservation. Check the booking confirmation or account details to see whether the correct number was recorded at the required time.

Do not publish or email your full membership number unnecessarily. When using an official form, confirm that you are on the real Miles & More or relevant partner domain before submitting personal information.

What information should you keep?

  • Booking confirmation
  • Booking number
  • Stay dates
  • Property name
  • Membership number used
  • Expected miles
  • Final payment confirmation
  • Applicable offer terms

Keep both the original reservation and final proof that the stay was completed and paid. If the reservation changed, retain the updated confirmation. Record the partner landing page or offer because eligibility and earning rates can differ across promotions and markets.

Details worth checking before the wait ends

Confirm that the reservation was completed rather than cancelled, that the property and stay dates match the original eligible booking and that any modification did not replace the partner reservation. Check whether the offer calculated miles from the room price, a fixed amount or another basis. This prevents a difference in the expected amount from being mistaken for a completely missing credit.

If you booked several rooms or consecutive stays, keep them as separate records unless the offer clearly treats them as one. Each booking number can have its own eligibility and posting date.

How to track the mileage credit until it arrives

  1. Create an entry when booking. Record the property, dates, booking number and expected miles.
  2. Confirm the loyalty details. Check that the required service card number appears in the relevant flow.
  3. Update after checkout. Add the final invoice or payment confirmation and note any booking changes.
  4. Set the correct check date. Follow the current official timing for your booking path.
  5. Compare and close. Enter the actual credited amount or prepare an official follow-up if the window has passed.

MileLedger keeps these dates, documents and statuses together. It does not monitor Booking.com, access your Miles & More account or send a request. It cannot determine whether a booking qualifies or guarantee that miles will be credited.

What if the miles still do not appear?

Recheck that the stay was eligible and completed, the reservation used the required partner route and the service card number was included. Confirm that the applicable official processing period is over. Then use the official Miles & More or partner contact route shown for the offer and keep the case reference.

A general retroactive-credit form may not override the Booking.com-specific condition about providing the service card number during booking. Do not send the same request repeatedly while a case is open; note a reasonable follow-up date instead.
