MileLedger is an independent organizer, not a loyalty program. It helps you prepare and track information but cannot award miles, submit a claim for you, or guarantee a claim result.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the MileLedger app on iPhone and iPad and the mileledger.app website. MileLedger is developed and provided by the Developer. Contact: support@mileledger.app.
By accessing or using MileLedger, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Your license to the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store rules. If you do not agree, do not use MileLedger.
2. What MileLedger does
MileLedger is a personal productivity tool for recording expected loyalty miles or points, monitoring entries, organizing supporting files, preparing claim information, and tracking results.
MileLedger does not automatically connect to loyalty accounts and does not itself award miles, determine official eligibility, submit claims, control claim outcomes, or operate any airline, hotel, retailer, credit-card, or loyalty program.
Independent product
MileLedger is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by the loyalty programs and partners that a user may enter or that may appear in templates or claim guidance. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, Apple's Standard EULA, and applicable law, you may use MileLedger for your personal mileage-tracking needs on supported Apple devices associated with your Apple Account.
You must not:
- use MileLedger for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the app or website;
- copy, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use MileLedger to infringe another person's rights; or
- store malicious files or content you do not have the right to use.
4. Your information and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for deciding whether, when, and how to contact a loyalty program. Dates, status suggestions, reminders, statistics, templates, checklists, and message drafts are organizational aids and may not reflect a program's latest official rules.
Always verify mileage amounts, eligibility, posting windows, claim deadlines, required evidence, and submission instructions directly with the relevant loyalty program.
Your content
You retain your rights in information and files you add. You are responsible for having permission to store them and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. Version 1.0 stores this content locally and does not upload it to MileLedger-operated servers.
Your device and backups
You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining backups appropriate for you. MileLedger does not provide a developer-operated cloud backup or synchronization service in version 1.0.
5. Free plan and MileLedger Pro
The Free plan supports up to eight entries and includes the core tracking and claim-preparation workflow. MileLedger Pro is an optional non-consumable lifetime unlock that adds unlimited entries, smart reminders, advanced statistics, custom templates, CSV export, and all current Pro features.
MileLedger Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The current local App Store price is displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront, currency, and tax. Apple processes the transaction through your Apple Account. Purchase restoration is available in the app. Refund requests and billing matters are handled under Apple's applicable policies.
6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
No guarantee of mileage credit
MileLedger cannot guarantee that miles or points will be awarded, that a claim will succeed, that a loyalty program will accept stored information, or that a calculated date, status, or reminder will always be accurate or delivered on time.
No professional advice
MileLedger provides an organizational tool and general product guidance. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, travel, or other professional advice.
Availability and compatibility
The app and website may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Continued compatibility can depend on Apple devices, iOS or iPadOS, App Store services, and third-party websites outside MileLedger's control.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MileLedger is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here and in Apple's Standard EULA.
7. Ending use and changes
You may stop using MileLedger at any time and remove the app from your device. Local app data can be deleted through app controls or by uninstalling the app, subject to your Apple device backup settings.
These terms may be updated when the app, purchase offering, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable mandatory consumer-protection law remains unaffected.
